About: Holland chronicles her nine years as an emergency room psychiatrist in New York's Bellevue Hospital's psychiatric ER.

Pros: Privacy / disclaimer in beginning. Interesting, sad, scary and amusing tales and patients.

Cons: Even with the included glossary, the many acronyms can be a bit much.

Grade: B
