Book: Bounce: Mozart, Federer, Picasso, Beckham, and the Science of Success by Matthew Syed
About: Syed covers why successful people become so excellent at their craft.
Pros: Very interesting, shows the importance of practice, well written with good examples.
Cons: First section is pretty much a rehash of Gladwell's Outliers.
Grade: B+

I was fascinated by Syed's book, as I have set myself the task of playing the Masters golf tournament despite a current handicap of 17 and no obvious talent. Can hard work alone get me there? He thinks so, and that's great! Check out my review of the book on my website!
